First off, let me apologize to everyone who has been unable to get to the site recently. Our primary computer "exploded" last week and I have been unable to fix it. The problem is somewhere in the power supply, motherboard, processor area. The bad news is that it's probably going to cost a fair amount to replace the parts and that may not be happening any time soon. The good news is that the reason it won't be happening any time soon is because we bought a house! We're still going through the process and don't close until July 11, but so far everything is looking good. More details on that to come.
As far as recovering the website, all of the information is still on the hard drive, it's just inaccessible. I've learned a few things about site maintenance these last few months and frankly, I'm not sure how keen I am on continuing the website on my own system. The advantage is that I have unlimited space for free and complete control over the format, layout, and whatever else I want. The disadvantages are 1) I actually have to keep the thing up and running 2) The download speeds aren't suitable for things like video. So I think, for the time being, I'm going to continue updating from here. I've been able to redirect the original site to this page, so hopefully everyone will make their way here. Once I do get the computer working again, I'll post a permanent link to it for anyone who wants to access the older files. Ideally, if/when we get our next computer, I can set the existing one up as a server and just let it run all the time and not worry about having to reset it or a heavy web-load crashing my games.
